With SOULMATE I want to push everything a lot further. As a close friend you can be honest, without anyone being hurt, cause everyone knows we all just want the best for every single one in this community. A soulmate per definition is a person ideally suited to another as a close friend. SOULMATE! That´s what this all feels like. One night I was sitting there and it popped up to my mind. There is this huge community without any drama, everyone teaches what they know, is kind in every way and everyone wants to uplift each other. It has become so much more, than just Lightroom Presets. This called for a change, cause I wanted something that reflects what SMAL has grown in to. I set up a newsletter for everyone who was interested and released my now well known SMAL Lightroom and ACR Presets to a newsletter of 150 amazing humans and never expected this to get as big as it is now! There is now a huge community of 53000+ Members on facebook. One day everything started with people wanting to know which Lightroom Presets I use or how I edit my photos. Small tweaks will always be necessary, but you shouldn’t need to do too much editing from shot to shot.My name is Sven Malojlo, I am a photographer. One thing to remember, however: Before you put a preset out there for sale, test it out on a few different types of photographs to make sure the edits work well across the board. Plus, some photographers do quite well selling the presets they’ve created! This offers a bit of extra encouragement to save your edits as presets. Since your own presets tend to be aligned with your specific equipment and way of shooting, they’ll ensure you get the same custom look day after day. Presets also keep your photography style and aesthetic consistent. You can instantly apply pre-made edits to a whole batch of images (in a process known as batch editing), and this will speed up your workflow significantly. They’re so helpful, in fact, that if you fail to make presets, then you’re doing yourself a disservice. Presets in Lightroom are amazingly helpful. You can apply these saved settings to any image just by clicking your preset of choice.
